Commissioning the POS-323-P with integrated commissioning assistent from W.E.ST Elektronik
The POS-323-P universal positioning module can be used to implement hydraulic positioning drives. A typical actuator consists of a cylinder with an integrated position measuring system and a proportional 4/3-way valve without integrated electronics.
The internal profile generation is optimized for travel-dependent braking or NC control mode. The controller and the controller settings are adapted to the typical requirements and thus enable fast and uncritical optimization of the control response. The control functions offer a high level of accuracy combined with high stability for hydraulic drives. The movement cycle is controlled via the external position and speed specification, in SDD mode as a particularly robust and easy-to-parameterize control and in NC mode via the internal profile generator.
In addition, the ACA function (Automatic Commissioning Assistance) has been implemented, which supports automatic commissioning. This function is used to scale the sensor, calibrate the valve and set the control parameters. Parameterization (USB interface) is supported by the WPC-300 program.
