The POS-324-U-PFN is a high-performance digital module for controlling two hydraulic positioning axes via an integrated Profinet IO RT interface is controlled. The axes can operate either completely independently of one another or in various Operate in synchronous modes.

- Synchronisation functions: In addition to conventional master-slave control, the module offers a gear function and linear position interpolation, enabling axes with different stroke lengths to reach their target positions simultaneously.

- Comprehensive diagnostics: The module continuously monitors potential sources of error, such as cable breaks, sensor faults or internal data inconsistencies, and signals these via the READY output and status LEDs.
- Hardware: The device is designed as a compact snap-on module for DIN rails (protection class IP20) and is configured using the WPC-300 software via a USB interface.
