Description
The POS-323-P is a universal positioning module with a power output stage, designed for It was developed to control low-cost hydraulic positioning actuators. It utilises Proportional valves without integrated electronics and without piston position measurement are used.

How it works:
The system supports simple point-to-point positioning using hydraulic drives. It It operates on the principle of distance-dependent braking, with the control gain being set via the parameters D:A and D:B (braking distance). Alternatively, the module operates in NC mode with a preset loop gain and an internal profile generator. Control is via digital inputs; once the enable signal (ENABLE) is applied to the module, the setpoint position is set equal to the actual position. When the START signal is received, the analogue setpoint is adopted as the new setpoint position.
