Description
The POS-124-U is a two-axis positioning and synchronisation control unit featuring Fieldbus connection and analogue and SSI sensor interfaces. It was used to control two hydraulic positioning axes, which can be controlled either independently or in synchronisation via a fieldbus.

How it works:
The control module supports simple point-to-point positioning using hydraulic actuators. The system operates on the principle of position-dependent braking, i.e. the control gain is set via the D:A and D:B parameters for the braking distance. Alternatively, the module operates in NC mode Mode with preset circular amplification and maximum speed. In this mode, the axis moved into position at a controlled speed. The trajectory is calculated based on the specified acceleration and speed.
