Description
The PAM-190-P is a plug-in amplifier for proportional valves. It is available in various versions:
- PAM-190-P-A – Power amplifier for proportional valves with a 0–10 V input and an M12 connector.
- PAM-190-P-I – Power amplifier for proportional valves with a 4–20 mA input and an M12 connector.
Some of the properties and features of the PAM-190-P are listed below:
- Application: Current-controlled drive for throttle or pressure valves, as well as general inductive loads
- Design: Compact and cost-effective power amplifier for direct mounting on the valve
- Input signal: Typically 0–10 V or, optionally, 4–20 mA
- Output current: Regulated output current, independent of supply voltage and magnetic resistance
Parameterisation:
- Via PC interface and ULA-310 programming adapter
- either via integrated switches (controls)
Features:
- Digitally reproducible settings
- Free scalability of the input signal
- Can also be used as a soft-switch amplifier (gentle switching on and off)
- Free configuration of ramps, MIN and MAX, dither (frequency, amplitude) and PWM frequency
- Can be adapted to all standard proportional valves
Connections:
- Analogue signals via PIN 2 and PIN 4
- Communication via PIN 5 (LIN bus)
- Rated output current: 0.5… 2.5 A
- Supply voltage: 12–30 VDC
- Frequency: 61… 2941 Hz (PWM), selectable in defined steps
- EMV: EN 61000-6-2: 8/2005, EN 61000-6-4: 6/2007 + A1:2011
- Housing dimensions: DIN EN 175 301-803 A connector housing
Tariff No. / HS Code: 85437090
