Description
The PQP-179-P is a pump control module that can be used in both open and closed circuits and features an integrated power amplifier. A slide valve position controller for the control valve can be activated as an option. It is used to control the swivel angle, pressure and Flow control of control pumps.
Key features and characteristics of the PQP-179-P:
- Suitable for pumps in open or closed circuits
- Control of swing angle, pressure, power and slide valve position
- Freely scalable analogue inputs, with the option of expansion using an LVDT module
- Compact design
- Digitally reproducible setting
- Optimised control function
- Application-oriented parameterisation
- Two sets of parameters can be selected for pressure control
- Swing angle limitation function
- Integrated power amplifier
- Alternative analogue control variable for control valves with OBE
- Master-slave function for controlling several pumps connected in parallel
- Fault diagnosis and advanced functional testing
- Easy parameter setting using the WPC-300 software
- The module can control a directional control valve on the pump to adjust the swivel angle. It can Valves can be controlled by one or two solenoids.
- It is possible to activate an internal slide position controller for the control valve, which controls 2-solenoid valves with electrical feedback of the slide position.
- The control system is designed as a cascade control system and is therefore suitable for a wide range of pumps from various manufacturers.
- Swivelling past zero is possible by setting the setpoint in the negative range.
- The setpoint and actual values can be read in as either voltage signals (0–10 V) or current signals (4–20 mA).
- Optionally, the module can be used in conjunction with the LDT-401 assembly to read the current swivel angle and/or the position of the valve spool.
- The output current to the valve coils is regulated and is therefore independent of the supply voltage and the magnetic resistance.
- The output stages are short-circuit-proof and are monitored for cable breaks to the magnet. Im In the event of a fault, the power amplifiers are switched off.
