Description
The MDR-339-P-IO is a two-channel pressure control module with integrated Power amplifier, commissioning wizard and IO-Link interface. It is designed for the Pressure regulation is provided for in hydraulic systems, but can also be used for a wide range of other It is used in applications where a combination of a PID controller, pilot control and unidirectional output stage is required. The module is designed for hydraulic applications in open-loop or closed-loop control systems. It features a PID controller.
Key features anad characteristics:
- Control of pressure-reducing and pressure-regulating valves
- Class A IO-Link port, with internal galvanic isolation of the auxiliary supply voltage for the output stage and control function
- Complies with specification V1.1, data rate COM3 = 230.4 kBaud
- Compact design
- Digitally reproducible setting
- Universal PID controllers
- Commissioning wizard for determining an optimal feedforward characteristic and for dynamic controller tuning
- Freie Konfiguration von Rampen, MIN und MAX, Dither (Frequenz, Amplitude) und PWM-Frequenz
- Current ranges (configurable via software) up to 2.6 A
- Application-oriented parameterisation
- Fault diagnosis and advanced functional testing
- Configuration via USB using the WPC-300 software or via IO-Link
- Two completely independent channels
- Regulated output current, independent of the supply voltage and the magnetic resistance
- Monitoring of the output stage for cable breaks and overcurrent (short circuit), with automatic shutdown in the event of a fault
How it works:
The module regulates pressure in a wide variety of applications. The output signal (up to 2.6 A) controls any type of pressure valve. Regulation is carried out by a PID controller specifically optimised for these applications. The setpoints are specified via IO-Link; actual values, as well as status and diagnostic information, can be retrieved via this connection. The control variables are read in via 0…10 V signals (or 4…20 mA with cable break monitoring).
Applications:
- Pressure control using pressure valves or servo pumps
- Speed control using analogue speed sensors (tachometer)
- Pressure control systems on constant-flow pumps, remotely adjustable control pumps
- Power and torque control for cylinders and motors
