Description
The CSC-158-U-SSIC, when used in combination with the PCK-308-C-PFN, is an axis control system featuring Synchronisation function, pressure-limiting control, SSI interfaces and Profinet connection. It is Suitable for up to 4 axes. This system is used to control hydraulic axes and offers a position control system with integrated synchronisation control and optional pressure or force limit control.

How it works:
The system enables typical synchronisation applications, such as press and calender control. All axes, or individual axes, can be operated completely independently of one another. In addition to positioning and synchronisation control, a pressure-limiting control function (differential pressure control or force control) is implemented. This function can be adapted to specific requirements via various control bits.
The main components are:
- CSC-158-U-SSIC: The module for controlling the axes using a universal/programmable analogue output (+/- 10 V differential signal or 4–20 mA current signal).
- PCK-308-C-PFN: The coupling module for the Profinet interface (on the CAN bus).
Typical system structure:
