With a nominal flow of 32 l\/min and an operating pressure of up to 320 bar, it provides infinitely variable control of direction and speed of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors. In the center position, P is blocked and A, B, T are connected.<\/p>\n<h3>Function<\/h3>\n<p>The spring-centered spool is operated by two proportional solenoids. Depending on the spool position, the passages between P, A, B and T are opened or closed, controlling the direction and rate of flow. The valve body is a high-quality five-chamber casting, zinc coated. In case of power failure, the spool can be shifted manually via the manual override.<\/p>\n<h3>Control<\/h3>\n<p>The proportional valve is driven by a PWM power amplifier that controls the solenoid current between its minimum and maximum values. Suitable <a href=\"https:\/\/schuhmacher-tech.de\/en\/products\/power-amplifier\/\">W.E.St. power amplifiers<\/a> are available in our range.<\/p>\n<h3>Mounting and fluid<\/h3>\n<p>The valve is mounted on a subplate or a <a href=\"https:\/\/schuhmacher-tech.de\/en\/products\/hydraulic-control-block\/\">hydraulic control block<\/a>.
