A few days ago, a customer asked us whether it would be possible to clean the hydraulic oil of a tractor with our FA016 oil service unit from ARGO-HYTOS. Naturally, I agreed to the request and the customer borrowed the device for the next 2 days.<\/p>\n

Using the FA 016-11100, the customer pumped the oil from the hydraulic system into a drum and then cleaned the oil in the drum for approx. 24 hours. While the oil was being cleaned by the oil service unit, he cleaned and rinsed out the tractor’s hydraulic oil tank. Once the work was done, the filtered hydraulic oil was pumped back into the tank.<\/p>\n

Work input approx. 2-3 hours, costs approx. 200-300\u20ac.<\/p>\n

As an option, the FA 016 is also available with an integrated particle counter, which enables a quick check of the cleanliness class in accordance with ISO 4406. Once you have reached the target cleanliness class, you can switch off the oil service unit and switch to the next system.<\/p><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Checking and maintaining the hydraulic oil is important and helps to extend the oil service life. The service life of system-relevant hydraulic components is significantly extended by removing contamination. Machine downtime and expensive maintenance can be significantly reduced.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
