GREENOIL STANDARD has developed a unique product for lubricating\/hydraulic oil filtration which, thanks to its patented system, is able to simultaneously remove free and emulsified water as well as the smallest water particles during the filtration of particles!<\/p>\n

The innovative principle of water separation<\/em> is a maintenance-free<\/em> solution; the filter element only needs to be replaced when it has reached its absorption capacity due to soiling. The most important aspect of filtration in the bypass is the correct selection of the filter type<\/a>(filter element). Different filter elements are available depending on the type of oil, viscosity and degree of contamination.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

GREENOIL<\/a> STANDARD filter elements are suitable for cleaning lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and gear oil. In addition, different filter finenesses can be selected, starting from 2\u00b5m up to 9\u00b5m (absolute), the optimum filter element can be used depending on the application and degree of contamination. Depending on the type of soiling, the dirt pick-up is approx. 1.5 – 3.0 kg.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to contamination of the oil by particles, water is another trigger for malfunctions and damage to system-relevant components in the oil circuit. Water can occur in different states, as dissolved water, free water and as an emulsion. Whatever form the water takes, it should be removed as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The GREENOIL filter systems work with a patented water separation system. A thin film of oil flows along the chamber wall in the separation chamber. A heating element creates an ambient temperature of 100-120\u00b0C. The circulation of the heated air causes the water to evaporate from the oil film, thereby promoting evaporation through the vent line.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
