These modules can be used to control proportional valves with one or two solenoids. It is mounted directly on the valve. Typical applications are the current-regulated control of throttle and pressure valves or other inductive loads.

Power amplifiers, valve amplifiers or also known colloquially as chopper amplifiers (from the English chop = to chop) are used to control hydraulic proportional valves.

The power amplifier outputs a pulse-width modulated DC voltage (PWM) and thus enables fine control of the proportional valve.

They are available in both analog (setting via potentiometer) and digital versions (setting via PC interface or various fieldbus interfaces). Typical input signals are 0... 10V and 4...20mA, other versions are available on request. The standard PWM frequency is 140 Hz or can be set individually.

The I min, I max and ramp time can be set very precisely using multi-turn potentiometers or various interfaces. The following designs are available: Amplifier plug for placement directly on the prop. solenoid, snap-on power amplifier for mounting on the top-hat rail (other types on request).<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This module is used for the general control of proportional lines. The controller structure is designed as a classic PID controller with optional feedforward control. This enables bypass control, in which the setpoint signal is fed directly to the output and the controller therefore only has to compensate for linearity errors. The output signal is available either as a voltage or current signal. Parameterization is carried out via a USB interface.
